Not excluding having fun and socializing, Dorsey was spotted dancing to Naira Marley’s ‘Soapy‘ song which many say is immoral.
The incident which happened during his visit to Ngozi Okonjo Iweala’s residence was posted by a twitter user @Real_jaeflex .
