The man who is known for always going around Owerri talking to himself has revealed some unbelievable details about himself.
According to Facebook user, Ifeanyicy Njoku, the man had graduated from a prestigious university in the United States.
Njoku noted that the man had shared his story after he ran into, Linus Okorie, a leadership development coach, motivational speaker and candidate of the Young Progressive Party.

The Owerri man is usually seen talking to himself on the road.
Okorie also offered to take necessary measures to help the young man with his rehabilitation and get him back to sanity.
